SEW A SIMPLE JACKET

Ready to try your hand at making a jacket? This six-week class will introduce you to the basics of tailoring as
you sew a simple jacket. Marla will take you through the steps of constructing a jacket as you learn how to proof
the pattern, choose and apply fusible interfacings, set in pucker-free sleeves, attach shoulder pads and sleeve
heads, and construct and insert a lining. Recommended pattern list is available at the store.
REGISTRATION:
- Class fees must be paid by cash or check (made payable to the instructor) at time of registration.
- Classes may be cancelled if there are insufficient paid registrations.
- Students qualify for a 10% discount on purchases at Josephine's Dry Goods during class session.
- Sewing machines available upon request at no charge for use during classes.
- 48 hour notice required prior to first class for registration refund.
- Make-ups are only by prior arrangement.
