SEWING BASICS II

Thursdays, January 12 - February 2, 2012
Tuesdays, April 24 - May 15, 2012

6:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Class Fee: $100
Instructor: Elizabeth Miles
Expand your sewing knowledge with valuable techniques-and immortalize them in your own project. Students will shop for project
supplies and sew many seam samples the first week. Other samples include darts, trimming, clipping, under-stitched facings, using
bias tape, a review of the lapped zipper, a blind hem and a slip-stitched hem. Alumni say they love to refer to their samples while
sewing on their own. Project list is available in the store, or contact Elizabeth. (Some projects require work outside of class)
