Learn to sew or refine your technique at Josephine's

PERFECT PANTS, PART 2 - SEWING TIPS AND TECHNIQUES


• Mondays, November 24 - December 1, 2008
• Tuesdays, February 17 - 24, 2009

6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Class Fee: $75 per session
Instructor: Marla Kazell

Start with your fitted pants pattern and learn to sew perfect pants. In week one of this lecture/demonstration class, we will talk about grain, cutting and sewing pockets, zippers, darts and seams. Cut and sew your pants together to a fitting point at home and bring them back week two to have Marla fine tune your fit in fabric. We will finish with tips on waistbands, linings and hems. REGISTRATION:
  • Class fees must be paid by cash or check (made payable to the instructor) at time of registration.
  • Classes may be cancelled if there are insufficient paid registrations.
  • Students qualify for a 10% discount on purchases at Josephine's Dry Goods during class session.
  • Sewing machines available upon request at no charge for use during classes.
  • 48 hour notice required prior to first class for registration refund.
  • Make-ups are only by prior arrangement.
