This class is TWO - 3 hour sessions: Sept. 28th & Oct. 5th from 6-9pm
Do you have a dress pattern that needs adjusting? Or is there a dress pattern you just are not confident will fit right? In this semi-private class you will learn how to get the fit you desire. Instructor, Karin Dejan, will help you take your measurements, and apply them to pick the correct pattern sizing. You will then construct a tissue muslin from a pattern you have selected, learn how to make all the alterations, then sew a final test muslin.
After taking this class, you will be able to construct a well fitting fashion fabric garment, and have the tools to go forward on your own with other patterns. Josephine’s staff will work with each student to pick appropriate sewing patterns to use in the class.
LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE. Must have previous garment sewing experience.
