Grand Prize: Sue Chenoweth
The Fantasia Jacket pattern by Kayla Kennington was the basis for Sue Chenoweth's creation which was made of
silk dupioni and machine quilted with silk and metallic thread with silk chiffon godets and lined in silk dupioni,
embellishments include hand applied beads, sequins, and felted rosettes.

2nd Place: Michiko Pursell
Michiko Pursell's fitted jacket and attached vest was based on Vogue pattern 8160. Made of wool and silk matte satin
from Italy, vest detailing includes a hand-pieced patchwork fabric consisting of lace, embroidery, sequins and beads.

3rd Place: Margaret Donsbach
Margaret Donsbach's summer jacket, made from Vogue 8522 is made of a rayon and linen ombre plaid, fully lined with
ambiance rayon, with a self bias trim on the contrast lapel.

It was really exciting for us to see what our customers created with Josephine's fabrics. The judges, employees and
many of our customers were very inspired by the contestants' entries. Thanks to all of you for participating and making
the Josephine's Jacket Challenge a success.
